Our client is one of India's leading manufacturers of galvanized steel infrastructure products with a robust presence in domestic and international markets. The company specializes in Telecom Towers, Solar Module Mounting Structures, Transmission Line Structures, Crash Barriers, Industrial Fabrication, Scaffolding Systems, and Hot-Dip Galvanizing Services.

As part of its growth strategy, the company is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to drive business development, strengthen brand presence, and lead strategic marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive domestic and international business development initiatives.
- Lead brand management, corporate communications, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis.
- Support lead generation, proposal preparation, and sales growth.
- Manage exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and marketing events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC companies,



and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing KPIs and budgets.
- Track marketing performance through MIS reporting, ROI analysis, and CRM management.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Civil/Production/Industrial) preferred

Experience

- 12–25 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in Steel Manufacturing, Telecom Infrastructure, Solar Structures, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Fabrication, Infrastructure Projects, or EPC industry is mandatory.
