Marketing Intern | Rancho Labs

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Intern who can take ownership of video creation while supporting digital marketing, social media, SEO, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit Reels, Shorts, ads, testimonials, event videos, and promotional content.
- Edit videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, InShot, or similar tools. Create Al-generated videos using tools such as Veo, Kling Al, HeyGen, and other Al platforms.
- Apply storytelling, hooks, transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color correction to improve engagement.
- Manage content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn and contribute to content calendars.
- Conduct keyword research, market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis.
- Support basic SEO, content creation, and website marketing activities.
- Assist with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and marketing tracking.




- Support offline marketing, including workshops, school outreach, exhibitions, and events.
- Maintain marketing trackers, databases, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to execute campaigns.

Required Skills

- Solid video editing and storytelling skills.
- Basic videography and camera-handling knowledge.
- Familiarity with Al video creation tools.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, GA4, and GTM.
- Good research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment.

Location: On-site | Duration: 3-6 Months Stipend: ₹8,000/month + 2,000 performance-based incentive
