Sur Collective is looking for a Marketing Intern who is passionate about music, creators, social media, and South Indian pop culture. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who enjoys discovering trends, working with creators, and being part of the fast-moving music industry.

What you will do Reach out to influencers, creators, meme pages, and digital communities for marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with creators and pages to collect commercials, availability, and campaign deliverables.

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns for artists and music labels.

Coordinate campaign requirements, content submissions, approvals, posting schedules, and live links.

Track campaign performance and maintain creator/page databases.

Identify relevant creators, pages, and emerging trends across South Indian markets.

Support the team with day-to-day campaign operations and execution.

Stay updated on music, Instagram trends, internet culture, memes, creators, and regional pop culture.





What We're looking for Recent college graduate or someone with 0–1 year of experience.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to speak at least one South Indian language Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Solid understanding of South Indian pop culture, music, creators, and social media trends.

Comfortable communicating with influencers and digital pages.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Instagram, and social media platforms is a plus. Who will thrive here Someone who spends time on Instagram, knows what's trending before everyone else does, understands regional internet culture, and genuinely enjoys discovering new music and creators.
