Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Growth Associate who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is ideal for someone who loves executing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing events, and driving lead generation—but is also comfortable getting on the phone when needed to qualify prospects, support campaigns, or follow up with leads.

You'll work closely with the Growth, Sales, and Product teams to help build Lumber's brand and generate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaigns

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate webinars, surveys, product launches, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
- Create and manage campaign assets, and email sequences.
- Maintain campaign calendars and marketing automation workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Sales & Outbound Support





- Make outbound calls when required to support campaigns, webinars, event invitations, and targeted outreach.
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify interest.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to improve messaging and campaign performance.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign KPIs including registrations, meetings, pipeline, and ROI.
- Maintain accurate campaign reporting in HubSpot.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications

- 0–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, SDR, or Demand Generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone when needed.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and webinars.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS or Fintech.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience running webinars or virtual events.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express).
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing and content creation.
