Key Responsibilities

1. Market Audit

· Visit assigned markets as per the approved tour plan. · Conduct retailer, distributor, and stockist visits.

· Verify the availability and visibility of Pravek products.

1. POP Material Audit-

· Glow Sign Boards (GSB) · Posters, Wobblers, Danglers, Counter Top Units (CTU), Shelf Strips, Standees

You Will be responsible to report damaged, missing, or improperly displayed promotional materials.

1. Competitor Market Intelligence

· New product launches · Retail schemes

· Trade offers

· Consumer promotions

· Pricing

· Retailer margins

· POP activities

You Will be Responsible to collect samples, brochures, and promotional materials whenever available.

1. Retailer & Distributor Feedback ON

· Consumer demand · Pricing

· Packaging

· Promotional schemes

You Will be responsible for to Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and secondary sales.

1. Reporting

· Submit Daily Tour Report (DTR) with photographs. · Prepare Weekly Market Audit Reports.

· Submit Monthly Competitor Analysis Reports.





· Share observations and recommendations with the Marketing Team.

1. Coordination

· Coordinate with Sales Teams, ASMs, RSMs, distributors, and vendors for corrective actions.

Qualification

· Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Experience

· 0–3 years in FMCG, OTC, Pharma, Ayurvedic, or Consumer Healthcare market audits or sales.

Skills Required

· Strong observation and analytical skills.

· Positive communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and mobile reporting apps.

· Willingness to travel extensively across India.

· Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Travel Requirement

· Extensive travel (approximately 20–25 days per month) across assigned territories.

· Flexibility to travel by road, rail, and air as required.

Preferred Industry

Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, OTC, FMCG, Nutraceutical, or Consumer Healthcare.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
