Role Description The Marketing Finance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This position is responsible for analyzing marketing budgets, tracking campaign costs, and assessing the financial performance of marketing and sales initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial reports, monitoring revenue and expense trends, and supporting pricing decisions for products and promotions. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to evaluate return on investment, optimize spending, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. The role also involves contributing to forecasts, assisting in financial planning,



and providing insights to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Financial Analysis abilities to interpret data and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge to manage budgets, support forecasting, and understand basic accounting and reporting principles.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams and present financial insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Sales processes to link financial metrics with sales performance and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
