About the Role:

We are looking for an Offline Marketing Executive to support and execute offline marketing activities for our real estate projects. The role involves coordinating campaigns, events, activations, outdoor advertising, and working with vendors and agencies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Job Details:

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Coordinate outdoor advertising activities including hoardings, banners, and other media.
- Assist in planning and executing events,



exhibitions, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Manage distribution and execution of marketing collaterals.
- Support project launches and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Track and report the performance of offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and vendor deliverables.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Experience in offline marketing and on-ground activities.
- Valuable vendor and agency coordination skills.
