Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive / Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the industrial/B2B market. Candidates with experience in industrial products and B2B sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Promote and sell the company's industrial products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and payments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and activity updates.




- Expand the customer base across Indore, Rajkot, and nearby industrial areas.

Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and industrial marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Lead generation and business development skills.
- Good understanding of the industrial sales cycle.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing) or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Marketing or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Polymers, Chemicals, Carbon Black, Plastics, Rubber, or related industrial products is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
