Job Summary:

The State PIC will be responsible for expanding the DXN business by identifying new opportunities, supporting sales and recruitment efforts, promoting products, and fostering strong relationships with networkers. The role requires a strategic mind-set combined with hands-on operational support to ensure business growth, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination of company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Expansion:

- Identify and explore new market areas to expand DXNs presence and business footprint.

- Develop strategies for tapping into new customer segments and geographic regions.

Performance Monitoring:

- Oversee and evaluate the sales and recruitment activities of branches, warehouse, and stockists.

- Identify gaps and recommend actions to drive business growth.

Marketing and Product Launch Support:

- Facilitate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

- Support the successful launch of new products and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Network Development:

- Monitor and support the development and performance of networkers.

- Provide guidance and resources to help networkers achieve their goals.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with networkers.

- Support their personal and professional growth through mentoring and encouragement.

Conflict Resolution & Customer Care:

- Address conflicts among networkers and mediate disputes constructively.

- Respond to market requests, queries, and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Training & Feedback:

- Ensure the delivery of training programs across regions.

- Collect feedback from networkers and participants to continuously enhance training content and effectiveness.

Event Coordination:





- Plan and coordinate company activities including monthly meetings, motivational rallies, mega sizzles, recognition nights, and other engagement initiatives.

Product Availability:

- Ensure product availability at key stock points to meet market demand.

- Work closely with the supply chain to prevent shortages and manage inventory effectively.

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor competitor activities and track networker engagement with other MLM companies

- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen market positioning.

Reporting:

- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.

Key Result Area:

- Prepare To identify and develop new open areas for DXN business
- To monitor the performance of sales and recruitment of branch, warehouse monitoring and stockists operation and expansion for further growth.

- To monitor the development and performance of Star Agents, Star Ruby and Star Diamonds and creation of current SA/SR/SD
- To develop good relationship with networkers for their personal development and resolve conflicts among networkers, respond to requests, queries and complaints of the market to the concerned departments for follow up actions.

- To coordinate company activities including Monthly Meeting Schedules, Motivational Rallies, Mega Sizzles, Recognition Nites and others.

- To carry out market intelligence with regards to activities of competitors and involvement of networkers with other MLM companies
- To ensure Monthly Progress Reports are dually prepared for submission

Educational Qualification:

- UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

- PG: MBA/PGDM (2 years) - Any Specialization
