- Communicate with customers through emails and other channels

- Analyze pricing to give competitive freight rates

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Handle shipment queries and issues

- Coordinate on project shipments

- Support marketing using import/export process knowledge

? Eligibility

- Education:

MBA (Marketing)

- Experience:

Freshers or experienced candidates

- Skills Needed:

- Strong verbal & written communication

- Pricing analysis ability

- Good interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of import/export
