We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute effectively across content marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate should understand how different marketing channels work together to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Build, manage, and optimize landing pages for lead generation and campaign performance.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL) , to manage leads, funnels, workflows, and customer journeys.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of full time professional experience in relevant marketing operations roles (internships will not be considered).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages for lead generation campaigns.

- Practical experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL) .

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation workflows.

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience working with coaches, consultants, trainers, personal brands, or service-based businesses will be an added advantage.
