Alphatech Solutions is a Kolkata-based engineering company specialising in Industrial Automation Systems serving factories and Industries. We are expanding our Marketing Team and are seeking a qualified candidate for this role to support our growth and success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, in office Marketing Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing activities that promote industrial automation and IIoT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, developing marketing materials, and coordinating events or promotional activities. The role involves collaborating with sales and technical teams to create compelling value propositions, managing digital and offline marketing channels, and tracking activity performance.

The Marketing

Executive will also support lead generation, nurture customer relationships, and provide regular reports on market trends and competitive activity.





QUALIFICATION

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, persuasive messaging across presentations, proposals, and marketing content.
- Sales and customer engagement skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and collaboration with the sales team.
- Familiarity with industrial automation or technology sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic analytics, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

SALARY Between 2.23 LPA to 4.8 LPA
