Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive/Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to promote the company's construction products, engineering services, or infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should combine technical knowledge with strong marketing and relationship management skills to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote civil engineering products and services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, government agencies, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and tender-related documentation in coordination with technical teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project pipelines using CRM tools.




- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2–10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or technical sales within the construction or civil engineering industry.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of construction materials, civil engineering projects, and infrastructure development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and contract documentation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and relationship management skills.
