We are looking for an energetic and proactive professional with hands-on, on-ground experience in managing events and small marketing campaigns. Candidates with prior agency experience who are comfortable coordinating field activities are also encouraged to apply.

? Senior Executive – Events

Location - Bangalore

Qualification

✅ Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience

✅ Minimum 3-5 experience

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate on-ground events and promotional activities.
- Support the execution of small marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, materials, and manpower.
- Ensure activities are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Monitor campaign execution and prepare basic activity reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth event operations.





Candidate Requiremen ts

- Prior experience in events, activations, field marketing, or an agency environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel locally when required.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and work within deadlines.
- Adaptable and comfortable working during events or outside regular office hours when necessary.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in handling small campaigns, promotional events, or brand activations.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
