Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and business growth plans.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning through digital marketing, content marketing, events, and offline campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and business data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize operational workflows, business processes, and internal systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report key business metrics, marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, budgets, and operational dashboards.
- Drive business development initiatives,



customer engagement strategies, strategic partnerships, and retention programs.
- Lead cross-functional projects while ensuring governance, compliance, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage digital tools to streamline marketing and business operations.
