Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, or Content Marketing are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Build and engage online communities while maintaining a strong brand image.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and the marketing team to produce high-quality digital content.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, digital marketing practices, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills





- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media advertising, analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare or medical marketing will be an added advantage.
