About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Design and develop self-paced eLearning storyboards, courseware, tutorials, and assessments.
2. Create engaging and interactive modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and similar authoring tools.
3. Prepare digital instructional materials across formats such as eLearning, microlearning, and mobile learning.
4. Translate learning objectives into effective content aligned with adult learning principles for clinical research domains.
5. Incorporate visuals, animations, videos, and simulations using Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Test, troubleshoot, and ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility on LMS platforms.
7. Collaborate with Product teams, SMEs, and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content.
8. Maintain explicit communication of project timelines, updates, and deliverables with seniors and stakeholders.
9. Write concise instructional scripts, assessments, voiceover scripts, and onscreen text.
10. Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness and update content based on user feedback.

Prepare and format content for deployment on the Learning Management System.

Other requirements

1. 02 years of experience in eLearning content development.
2. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
3. Proficiency with authoring tools like Storyline 360 and Rise.
4. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia creation.
5. Basic LMS understanding (Moodle, TIMS, Alison or similar) preferred.
6. Ability to work full-time from the Noida office (WFO).
