Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel industry, with the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Generate quality leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial inquiry to order execution and material delivery.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders, feedback, and payment collections.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, lead status updates, and dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with the GM/VP regarding sales strategies, customer requirements,



and business performance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Prior experience in the steel industry will be preferred.
