About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Market Strategist / Business Strategist to drive research-led insights, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop strategic frameworks for business growth, market entry, and brand positioning
- Analyze industry data, consumer insights, and campaign performance to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative, and leadership) to align strategies
- Create detailed reports, presentations, and strategy decks for internal and client stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Support proposal development, pitch strategies, and concept building
- Monitor market dynamics and provide regular insights and recommendations





Key Skills & Requirements:

- 4–5 years of experience in market research, business strategy, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data interpretation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Experience in preparing reports, proposals, and client presentations
- Solid understanding of industry trends and business environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Management
- Experience in events, exhibitions, marketing, or consulting industry (preferred but not mandatory)
