As Techvruk expands its offering across India, we are preparing for a major strategic growth and fundraising phase.
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Market Research & Financial Analyst Intern to work directly with the core leadership team. In this high-impact strategic role, you will analyze Techvruk’s market potential, estimate Market Cap / TAM-SAM-SOM, evaluate potential revenue streams, and build institutional-grade financial models and pitch materials to support our upcoming investment rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Size & Opportunity Analysis (TAM / SAM / SOM)
- Conduct rigorous top-down and bottom-up market sizing across EdTech, developer communities, and recruitment tech sectors in India and globally.
- Quantify total market potential, growth trajectory (CAGR), and addressable market segments for Techvruk’s core product lines.
2. Financial Modeling & Valuation
- Build dynamic financial models in Microsoft Excel covering revenue projections, unit economics, profit and loss (P&L;) forecasts, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Perform company valuation estimates using DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), Precedent Transactions, and Trading Multiples methodologies.
3. Revenue Stream & Business Model Optimization
- Analyze and model multiple revenue channels (B2C subscriptions, B2B university partnerships, corporate hiring fees, and sponsored hackathons/contests).
- Identify high-margin expansion opportunities and benchmark pricing structures against direct and indirect competitors.
4.
Fundraising & Pitch Deck Collateral
- Assist leadership in crafting compelling investor pitch decks, financial teardowns, and executive summaries.
- Synthesize complex financial and market research data into concise data visualizations for VCs, angel networks, and strategic investors.
5. Competitor & Benchmarking Intelligence
- Conduct deep-dive competitive research on leading global and domestic platforms in tech upskilling and recruitment.
Key Qualifications & Profile
1. Certifications: Candidates pursuing or certified in CFA (Level 1 Candidate or cleared), CMA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
2. Analytical Mindset: Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to turn raw market metrics into clear investor stories.
3. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
4. Technical & Financial Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, DCF valuation, sensitivity tables).
- Strong mastery of financial reporting, corporate finance concepts, cost accounting, and budgeting.
- Exposure to data tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a major plus.
What You Will Gain
1. Direct C-Suite Exposure: Work closely with founding leadership on core strategic fundraising deliverables.
2. Real-World Portfolio Building: Walk away with an investor-ready financial model and market analysis pitch deck.
3. Certificate of Internship & Recommendation: Top performers will receive formal letters of recommendation and potential full time consideration.
4. Competitive Stipend: Performance-aligned stipend provided.
