Project Director / Maritime Systems Lead

Experience: 12–18+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end autonomous marine platform development
- Define system architecture for hull, propulsion, power, autonomy, and communications
- Coordinate mechanical, electronics, software, and testing teams
- Establish sea-trial and validation strategy
- Drive program milestones, risk management, and vendor coordination

Preferred Background

- Maritime engineering / naval architecture
- Autonomous surface vehicles (ASV/USV)
- Defense, marine robotics, offshore systems, or autonomous mobility platforms

Marine Technician

Experience:

4–8 years

Skills Required

- FRP / composite hull fabrication
- Marine structural assembly
- Waterproofing and sealing techniques
- Marine-grade fittings and corrosion protection
- Basic understanding of hydrodynamics and buoyancy integration

Mechanical Assembly Technician Experience: 3–6 years

Skills Required

- Propulsion system installation
- Shaft, motor, actuator, and linkage assembly
- Heavy hardware mounting and alignment
- Use of torque tools, fixtures, and assembly drawings
- Marine or automotive heavy assembly experience preferred

Electronics & Communications Technician Experience: 4–7 years

Skills Required





- Wiring harness fabrication
- Power distribution board assembly
- EMI/EMC shielding practices
- RF communication systems
- Satellite / telemetry / networking integration
- Marine-grade connector and cable management

Integration Engineer Experience: 5–8 years

Skills Required

- System-level hardware integration
- LiDAR, Radar, Camera, GPS, and IMU sensor integration
- Autonomous compute platform integration
- CAN, Ethernet, Serial, and ROS-based interfaces
- Troubleshooting across mechanical and electronics domains

Autonomous Software Engineer Experience: 3–7 years

Skills Required

- Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC)
- Sensor fusion algorithms
- ROS / ROS2
- Edge AI deployment
- Path planning and autonomous mission execution
- Python and C++ development for embedded or robotic systems

Quality Assurance & Sea Trial Marshal Experience: 5–10 years

Skills Required

- Marine safety and seaworthiness checks
- Validation and verification protocols
- Pre-launch and post-trial inspection procedures
- Test documentation and compliance reporting
- Risk assessment during harbor and open-water trials
