1. Role Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Electrical & Electronics to support the assembly, testing, inspection and documentation of precision equipment in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment. The role is ideal for candidates with strong practical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
1. Key Responsibilities

Ø Assemble electrical, electronic, and electromechanical products as per engineering drawings, work instructions, and SOPs. Ø Perform electrical wiring, cable harnessing, crimping, soldering, connector assembly and electromechanical integration.

Ø Carry out functional testing, inspection and basic troubleshooting using standard measuring and test equipment.

Ø Maintain accurate production, inspection and traceability records as per established procedures.

Ø Ensure compliance with quality requirements, safety practices and 5S standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Ø Identify and report defects, non-conformities, equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor.

Ø Collaborate with Production, Quality,



Engineering and Stores teams to achieve production objectives.

1. Technical Skills & Competencies

Ø Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. Ø Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.

Ø Practical knowledge of electrical/electronic assembly and testing.

Ø Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments and basic test equipment.

Ø Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Ø Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ø Knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 60601, 5S, ESD practices or regulated manufacturing environments

Ø Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP)

1. Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Medical Device Manufacturing will be given preference. Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing or other regulated manufacturing industries will also be considered.
1. Candidate Profile

Ø Solid practical aptitude and manual skills. Ø Quality-conscious with a high level of accuracy and workmanship.

Ø Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.

Ø Willing to perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly activities.

Ø Candidates with only service, maintenance or field support experience may not be suitable for this role.

Ø Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
