We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Functional Consultant to join our team at our Greater Noida office. This is a full time, onsite role focused on implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) for manufacturing clients.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure D365 F&O; solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations across manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will play a key role in project scoping, solution design, go-live support, and post-implementation training.

- Lead and participate in end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations for manufacturing clients
- Analyze client business requirements and map them to D365 F&O; capabilities
- Configure and customize D365 F&O; modules including Advanced Warehouse Management, Shop Floor Control, and Inventory Management
- Conduct project scoping, analysis, and effort estimation activities
- Provide post-go-live training, support, and issue resolution
- Prepare and maintain strong functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, and test scripts
- Apply diagnostic methods to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues

Requirements: Experience & Qualifications:





- 4–6 years of relevant experience in D365 F&O; implementation and support
- Minimum 3–4 end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation projects completed
- Hands-on expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management, Shop Floor/Manufacturing Execution, and Inventory modules
- Strong ability to analyze and translate client business requirements into system configurations
- Experience with project scoping, solution analysis, and estimation
- Proficiency in configuring client requirements within Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O;
- Experience delivering post-live training and hypercare support
- Strong documentation skills — BRDs, FDDs, SOPs, and training materials
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic and troubleshooting methodologies

Preferred:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-320 or equivalent)
- Experience in discrete or process manufacturing industry domains
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
