NWhat can I expect from this role?

NPosha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots, with hundreds of units deployed in real homes.

NYou own the process of manufacturing. (QA owns the outcome.) You'll be based in Bengaluru with extended rotations in China, reporting to Shardul.

NWhat will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

- You'll decide howevery part gets made — and change the design so it can be. Sheet metal, castings and plastics.

- Reviewing our drawings for DFM and DFA, and winning the argument with the design engineer when the part needs to change.

- You'll be on our contract manufacturer's floor in China, with their operators and their equipment, getting a process set up while holding no formal authority over anyone in it. That's the hard part of this job.

- You'll turn our assembly instructions into work instructions that actually hold.
