Job Title: Manual Testing Intern

About the Role

My Mudra Fincorp Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Manual Testing Intern to help ensure a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. The intern will be responsible for testing our website, mobile applications, and internal portals on a daily basis, identifying usability issues, and reporting bugs to the relevant teams for resolution.

This internship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about user experience, have a keen eye for detail, and want to gain practical exposure to quality assurance and manual testing in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily manual testing of the MyMudra website, mobile applications, and internal portals.
- Identify, document, and report functional, UI, UX, and usability issues.
- Verify website and application functionality across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Prepare detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and supporting evidence.




- Re-test resolved issues to ensure fixes have been implemented successfully.
- Work closely with the Product, Design, and Development teams to communicate and track reported issues.
- Maintain testing records and assist in monitoring bug resolution status.
- Ensure all customer-facing platforms deliver a smooth and error-free user experience.

Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, and user interfaces.
- Ability to identify usability issues and think from an end-user perspective.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with an interest in UI/UX Testing or Quality Assurance are encouraged to apply.
