Position : President / Managing Director – Project Finance

Role : Senior Debt Syndication (Execution)

Location : Mumbai

Reports to: Group Chairman

Key: Relationships and Connects with PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions is the key mandate . The successful candidate is absolutely positioned to balance and influence the customers and institutions to run a successful debt syndication business + 15-20+ years of experience in debt syndication, asset restructuring and other proposal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for closure of mandates for project finance, trade finance, working capital requirement, term loans etc.
- Fully responsible for end-to-end execution of all mandates in the specified geography in project finance vertical.
- Working closely with the clients to understand their requirements and develop and advise strategies for customized financing.
- Maintain very strong connects with PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs,



Financial Institutions etc. to the levels of CMDs, CEOs, CGMs and EDs for expediting the execution of mandates
- Supporting the client and LSI team during Due Diligence process by prospective lenders
- Responsible for Profit & Loss for the vertical as per yearly business plan
- Recruit, mentor and operate the team beneath

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 15-20+ years of experience in debt syndication, asset restructuring and other proposal execution.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of project finance, various sectoral knowledge and exposure of working for such proposals.
- Communication: Strong ability to lead and influence.
- Knowledge of operational management principles, process optimization, and technology integration.
