About the Company

We are a fast-growing renewable energy company focused on developing, operating, and managing sustainable energy assets across solar, wind, and hybrid power projects. We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory audit coordination, and MIS reporting to support our expanding business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / Companies Act requirements).
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes across multiple SPVs/projects.
- Review general ledger entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
- Support consolidation of financial statements for group entities.
- Coordinate with tax, treasury, and operations teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in preparation of board reports, investor reports, and lender reporting packs.

Statutory Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants for completion of audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial analysis for audit reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Ind AS, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.
- Support in preparation and filing of annual financial statements and regulatory submissions.





MIS & Financial Analysis
- Prepare monthly MIS reports including P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, project profitability, and variance analysis.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for management decision-making.
- Monitor operational KPIs for renewable energy projects including generation, tariffs, receivables, and O&M; costs.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Work closely with business teams to identify cost optimization opportunities and financial risks.

Process Improvement & Controls
- Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting processes.
- Drive automation and standardization of MIS and reporting formats.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP/accounting systems.
- Support implementation or enhancement of ERP systems and finance tools.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CMA preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, and MIS.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, power, EPC, or project-based industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/Dynamics preferred).
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple entities/projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
