Candidate will be part of the Treasury team and will be responsible for liaising with various internal and external stakeholders for data management and information exchange with lenders and partners along with reporting requirements on a periodical basis

This role reports to the Head of Treasury and will assist in managing lender relationships.

Candidate will assist in the deals for tie-ups with prospective Lenders, Co-lending partners, Business Correspondent relationships and also assist in managing the complete lifecycle of the relationship right from inception to deal closure

As part of the transaction team, will be solely responsible in data collation and management, and assisting in documentation and liaising with stakeholders involved

Key role in preparing collaterals and MIS related information of the company to prospective lenders & partners

Interact and build strong relationships with Lenders and Credit Rating Agencies for borrowing facilities availed and servicing of these borrowings

Responsible for data collation, presentation, analysis, implementation and evaluation of different types of excel spreadsheets as necessary

Excellent organizational and communication abilities (fluency in written and spoken English is a must)

Maintain a keen eye on developments in the BFSI segment, especially for current market trends and regulatory updates

KRAs

Preparation of comprehensive business and management MIS for internal review presentations, monthly reports, external collaterals, management requests, etc.





Maintain company level information in an organized manner & facilitate regular data sharing and periodical updates

Manage data & reporting requirements (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) from existing lenders and partners

Internal reporting requirements for ALCO, Board meetings and Committee meetings

Assisting in executing due diligence exercises and ensuring timely query resolution takes place

Strong ability to resolve queries & on time escalation, if required, on various data points as and when required

Managing the execution process, including onboarding of new lenders on various capital raising activities along with legal and admin teams

Working with various departments to streamline housekeeping processes to improve operational efficiency (file management, SOPs, credit MIS, portfolio MIS, etc.)

Candidate Background

Prior experience in Banking/Consulting roles preferred with a good understanding of NBFC lending business

In-depth understanding of financial statements and accounting; prior experience in a similar role will be preferred (Treasury)

Hands-on and competent with MS suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task on various assignments

Disciplined and focused, self-motivated and driven with the ability to take initiatives and work independently on multiple
