Manager – TN & Kerala (Preferred HQ: Chennai)

Will oversee Chennai, Tirunelveli, Kozhikode, Ernakulam, and Trivandrum territories.

Role Overview To launch the high-end Wood Coatings segment (2-Pack PU – both fast-drying and slow-drying) in the allotted area, drive sales, and develop the Wood Coatings business in retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Launch 2-Pack PU Wood Coatings in the assigned state.

- Drive sales and business development for Wood Coatings.

- Build relationships with key customers, Interior Designers, OEMs, Contractors, and Channel Partners.

- Support execution of technical trials, demos, and product adoption initiatives.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, products, and dealer and contractor schemes.





- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D; and Marketing) for product readiness and go-to-market execution.

- Lay the foundation for scaling the category across geographies and segments.

- Monitor stock levels, forecasting, and replenishment.

- Conduct regular review meetings, field coaching, and performance monitoring.

- Recruit, train, build, and drive an ace team.

Reporting Structure:

- Reporting to COO
- For ease of operations, the role will work in close coordination with the respective Branch Managers
