Role Description The Talent Management Specialist is a full-time role based in Patna with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home. This role involves designing and executing talent management initiatives, including employee engagement programs, performance review cycles, and succession planning frameworks.

The specialist will collaborate with leadership to identify and develop high-potential team members, coordinate training and development activities, and support career pathways across the organization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing talent data, recommending improvements to HR processes, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that talent strategies align with Scrollwell’s mission of strengthening educators for digital success.



The role also requires close partnership with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong Talent Management skills, including experience designing and implementing integrated talent initiatives.
- Proficiency in Employee Engagement practices to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Experience in Training & Development, including needs assessment, program design, and learning evaluation.
- Knowledge of Performance Management processes and tools, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal systems.
- Ability to contribute to Succession Planning by identifying key roles, assessing potential, and supporting leadership pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Experience using HRIS, talent analytics, and collaboration tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in hybrid environments, manage priorities, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Previous experience in education, edtech, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
