A leading Global Business Services (GBS) organization is looking for experienced Finance professionals to join its growing Finance Operations team supporting U.S. business operations.

Manager Finance Operations

Senior Manager Finance Controlling

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Finance teams across multiple portfolios
- Oversee Finance Operations, Controllership, FP&A;, AP, AR, Billing and Financial Controls
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and month-end close
- Manage finance transitions, process migrations and stabilization
- Ensure governance, compliance, SLA/KPI and internal control requirements
- Partner with senior leadership and global stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, automation, digital transformation and standardization
- Provide financial insights, business performance analysis and strategic recommendations

• Coach, mentor and develop finance professionals and Team Leads





Preferred candidate profile MBA Finance / CA / CMA (Inter/Qualified) or equivalent Finance qualification

Strong experience in GBS / Shared Services / MNC setting

Experience supporting U.S. business operations preferred

Strong knowledge of FP&A;, Controllership, P2P, O2C, R2R, Billing & Financial Controls

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering

Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to SAP / S4HANA, Advanced Excel, Power BI and reporting tools

Experience in finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement
