Role Lead Application Engineer:

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution

- Lead complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.

- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.

- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

- HVAC Project Management

- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates.

- Address project-related escalations and implement corrective actions.

- Team Leadership

- Ensure effective workforce utilization and performance management.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication.





Experience

- Minimum 8- 15years of experience Automation (PLC programming/SCADA), developing logics, building automation remote engineering and BMS Graphics.

Technical Skills

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF, ventilation, ducting, and cooling systems.

- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

- Understanding of project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.

Core Competencies

- Solid leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.

- Experience in the field of Automation (PLC programming/SCADA).
