Role Description The Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. The role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners, hospitals, and organizations to support institutional growth and community health initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying current partnership opportunities, coordinating corporate outreach programs, managing corporate sponsorships and collaborations, and supporting placement or internship initiatives for students where relevant. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to design and implement corporate engagement plans, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking relationship performance,



and ensuring timely communication and reporting to internal stakeholders. The Manager / Sr.

Manager will also collaborate with finance and administrative teams to align corporate projects with institutional goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with organizations and institutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Working knowledge of Finance related to budgeting, sponsorships, and revenue-generating initiatives in an institutional or healthcare environment.
- Sales and outreach capabilities to identify opportunities, pitch institutional offerings, and convert leads into sustainable collaborations.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in corporate relations, institutional partnerships, or business development, preferably in healthcare, education, or allied sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Hosur, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or relationship management tools; familiarity with regional languages is an advantage.
