Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be responsible for MIS reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

2. Candidate will be responsible for preparing quarterly financial statements as per Ind AS and regulatory requirements.

3. Candidate will be responsible for month-end closing, provisions, accruals, adjustments, and COGS computation.

4. Candidate will be responsible for audit coordination and closure, including handling statutory and internal auditors.

5. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and applicable regulations.

6. Candidate will be responsible for reconciliations of Balance Sheet and P&L; accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records.

7. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring working capital, internal controls, revenue, costs, and provisions.

Candidate will be responsible for cross-functional coordination and guiding the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial closure.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. CA with 5+ years experience in with relevant Finance & Accounts experience.

2. Strong experience in MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

3. Good knowledge of Ind AS, statutory compliance, and financial accounting.

4. Hands-on experience in month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and COGS.

5. Strong exposure to statutory and internal audits.

6. Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L;, reconciliations, and working capital.

7. Robust analytical, communication, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
