We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Manager /Senior Manager - Finance

We will count on you to:

- Engage in preparation of annual operating plan, monitoring variances and undertake control measure.
- Engage in revenue forecasting and sales pipeline reconciliations
- Engage in performance management of teams(Frame work and Automation)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business processes and enable operational efficiency through systems, technology, automation etc.
- Responsible to initiate cost optimization opportunities.
- Carry out Incentive calculations (including creating Framework, Automation etc.)
- Monitor monthly operating results against the budget. Improve forecasting.
- Track and report metrics for tracking key parameters such as sales conversion, renewal and collection efficiency, lost analysis, service effectiveness etc.
- Close liaison with internal stake holders to resolve issues in revenue and expenses reporting’s.
- Support special projects and M&A; initiatives and other FP&A; related deliverables.

- Strong academic record
- Good Relationship Management skills.
- Good Communication/ Presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges
- Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible.
- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership role.
- Advanced level spreadsheet skills (e.g. formulas, pivot table, tables and graphs production)

- 2-3 plus years of experience in Financial service industry (Investment Banking,



Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance advisory etc. focused on Corporate Solutions) Business Consulting Company.
- CA (preferably first attempt) / MBA – Finance from Premier Institute
