About the Role

Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences is seeking an experienced professional to build and strengthen relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders across India. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, driving school engagement initiatives, and supporting student admissions through institutional collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Principals, Correspondents, School Managements, Teachers, and Educational Institutions.
- Build and expand a nationwide network of schools and institutional partners.
- Plan and execute school outreach programmes, career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and campus engagement activities.
- Identify and onboard new institutional partners, coaching centres, NGOs, and educational organizations.
- Coordinate with the Admissions team to generate admission leads through school partnerships.
- Organize school visits, campus visits, and promotional events.




- Promote the institution's academic programs and brand across assigned regions.
- Maintain engagement data, prepare activity reports, and achieve outreach targets.
- Travel extensively across India to build and strengthen institutional relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 6–8 years of experience in School Relations, Institutional Relations, Education Business Development, School Outreach, Admissions, or Educational Partnerships.
- Strong network with schools, principals, correspondents, and educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
