Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and generate new business opportunities for HVAC retrofit, replacement, AMC and service.
- Identify existing HVAC system improvement, energy-saving and modernization opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys and understand technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate with customers.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate leads through direct visits, references, networking and market development.
- Coordinate with service, project and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up on AMC renewals, breakdown service and retrofit requirements.
- Monitor competitors,



market trends and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, daily visit reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support the company in achieving business growth.

Desired Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, customer relationship and business development skills. Good knowledge of HVAC systems, retrofit solutions, AMC and service requirements will be preferred.

Technical qualification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
