We are looking for a Project Manager to join our office. The role will be to manage a design project through its lifecycle. Defining timelines, budgets, maintaining client and consultant relationships will be a vital part of the Project Managers role. The selected candidate will get an chance to work on a wide range of projects across India.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare project briefs and schedules and cost estimates at various stages of the project.

- Finalize and onboard various consultants, experts and advisors for the project.

- Represent HCP at various forums, client groups, stakeholder meetings, organize meetings as and when required and prepare notes and minutes of meetings

- Coordinate with the design team, consultants, contractors to improve the design

- Lead and manage the schedule and budget throughout the project life cycle.

- Draft letters, emails, MoMs, Project notes etc. in grammatically correct English

- Conduct periodical site visits to ensure adherence of design and resolve site issues.

- Support the Business Development team for contracts and proposals.





Education:

- Mandatory: A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering / construction management

- Preferred: Master's degree in project management.

Experience:

- Years: 2 to 5 years

- Industry: Project & Construction Management

Skills (Mandatory):

- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language.

- Good interpersonal and networking skills.

- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports.

- Excellent planning and organizing skills.

- Time & priority management

- Leadership skills.

- High proficiency in MS office and MS Projects.

- Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards.

- Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
