Company Description Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers.

Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with overall company objectives and financial goals.

Collaborated cross-functionally with Production, R&D;, Finance, and Sales to align procurement with current product development and inventory needs.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for business operations. This strategic role involves developing and implementing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimising procurement processes, and leading a team of purchasing professionals. Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.





Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and service, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Streamline and standardise procurement processes, from requisition to payment, to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as supply disruptions, price volatility, and quality issues.

Qualifications MBA (specialisation in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management) / Bachelors/ B tech Experience 5 - 10 years of Experience in Procurement management and Purchase operations An Wider experience in Managing end-to-end purchasing processes — from vendor evaluation to contract closure — ensuring the best value for the company at every stage.

Experience in Mentoring and led a team of purchasing professionals, setting KPIs and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
