NRESPONSIBILITIES

n- Independently supporting internal stakeholders within IQVIA. Stakeholders include:

N- Account management teams

N- Project Operations teams represented by the Project Leader

N- Project Finance Global Leadership

N- Business Finance

n- Local Country Finance

N- Managing a team (5-6 people) of project finance personnel, managed performance appraisal for team members.

N- Governing monthly revenue and backlog accounting for a portfolio of projects. Guiding PFMs towards solutions.

N- Analysing monthly project revenue & backlog and identifying/ correcting exceptions

N- Highlighting deviationsin key project performance metrics – backlog variance, write-offs, over the limit revenue, unbilled amounts, contribution margin/ realization/ EBITDA

N- Providing relevant project level reporting and reconciliations

N- Managing ad-hoc tasks

N- Achieving subject matter expertise in PFM activity

N- Training & coaching colleagues in the team

N- Supporting the management team in activities around compliance, quality assurance, process documentation, lean projects and other such operational governance activities

N- Working in enterprise ERP (PeopleSoft) on the following:

N- Project and activity set up





N- Maintaining customer contracts & project budgets

N- Maintaining rate sets

N- Maintaining revenue plans

N- Maintaining billing plans

N- Maintaining milestones

N- Maintaining other project and contract data

N- Maintaining payment schedules

N- Maintaining pass through expense forecast

NREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

N- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and other stakeholders

N- Ability to work in a multicultural transnational environment

N- Ability to adhere to work instructions as provided by the Line Manager

N- Good knowledge of statutory and management accounting

N- Will need to clear thresholds defined by IQVIA in computer based assessment on Numerical Ability, Logical Ability & English

N- Strong communication skills – written and verbal

N- Willingness to work in shifts

N- Willing to work in a flexible & challenging setting

N- Willingness to exhibit strong work ethics, accountability & discipline

N- Demonstrated ability tomanage people

N- Skills for working in advanced MS Excel are desirable

N- Skills for working in PeopleSoft PA module are desirable

NWork Experience

n12+ years in any area of finance & accounting for post-graduates

N15+ years in any area of finance & accounting for graduates

NEducation

nGraduate or Post-Graduate in commerce, economics, accounting, management or allied areas. Education in accounting is mandatory.
