NWe're looking for a Manager – Programme Sales to drive enrolments for premium executive education and certificate programmes.

NWhat You'll Do

n-Own enrolment and revenue targets

N-Counsel prospective learners and guide them to the right programme

N-Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to successful enrolment

N-Drive individual and corporate (B2B) programme sales

N-Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics

N-Deliver an exceptional learner experience through consultative selling

NWhat We're Looking For

N-4–6 years of experience in quota-carrying sales

N-Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

N-Experience in high-ticket consultative sales, executive education,



EdTech, SaaS, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or premium B2B/B2Csales

N-Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship-building skills

N-Strong CRM and sales pipeline management experience
