Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage project master programme and fortnightly/monthly construction schedules

- Preparing Tender and BOI schedules

- Monitor project progress (design, tenders, purchasing, construction) and update master programme accordingly

- Monitor contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.

- Propose plans for works acceleration and documentation management, related to contractor's delays & EOT claims

- Assist project manager in preparing monthly reports (PPR & MPR)

Requirements

Required Education & Skills

- Diploma, BTech, or Bachelor of Engr Degree (Civil)





- Minimum 10-15 years experience in the building construction industry with at least 3-5 years in a planning position.

- Candidate with experience of working in a Planning position for hotel projects will be preferred.

- Excellent command of MS Project (knowledge of Primavera is a plus)

- Good technical knowledge of civil construction acquired as construction engineer

- Good ability to read & review drawings

- Positive command of English and ability to write minutes of meting and reports

- Proficient with MS Word and Excel

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management
