- Drive Fuzion's values into everyday behaviour
- Translate vision into action
- Foster collaboration across teams

- Payroll coordination

Is This You?You naturally earn people's trust and think like a business leader, not an HR administrator. You're emotionally intelligent without being emotionally driven, balance compassion with accountability, take ownership, and communicate exceptionally well. This role isn't for you if you prefer purely operational HR, avoid difficult conversations, believe policies matter more than people, need constant direction, or struggle to balance empathy with business priorities. Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
