Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works for commercial building projects from design review to project handover.

- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, design teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.

- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Ensure installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems are carried out as per approved standards and specifications.

- Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP services.

- Review and certify contractor bills, variation orders, and material approvals.

- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, fire safety norms, electrical standards, and statutory requirements.

- Prepare and present periodic project status reports to management.

- Support procurement teams in vendor evaluation,



technical bid analysis, and material selection.

- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

- 1012 years of experience in MEP project execution within the real estate/construction industry.

- Proven experience in commercial building projects, high-rise developments, IT parks, mixed-use developments, or large-scale real estate projects.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, ELV Systems, DG Sets, STP/WTP, and Building Management Systems.

- Familiarity with NBC, IS Codes, fire safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office applications.

- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple agencies and ensure timely project delivery.
