Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Manager - Media Design to drive innovation and design excellence. In this role, you will lead strategic client engagements, champion human-centered design, and mentor talented design teams. By integrating cutting-edge AI-driven tools with deep pedagogical expertise across K-12, Higher Education, and corporate sectors, you will deliver high-impact, user-centric learning solutions that align with evolving market landscapes.

What You Will Do:

- Strategic Leadership: Analyze market trends to suggest modern design solutions, lead pre-sales ideation, and act as the primary creative consultant for client engagements.
- Design Governance: Maintain exceptional aesthetic standards, ensuring every deliverable is visual, impactful, and aligned with client objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Lead and mentor design teams, establish streamlined workflows, monitor project risks, and drive continuous improvement in team performance.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the industry by integrating AI-driven media creation tools to enhance quality, speed to market, and creative experimentation.
- User-Centric Advocacy: Embed human-centered design principles into every project, ensuring all solutions are intuitive,



empathetic, and tailored to specific user personas.
