Role & responsibilities :

- Coordinate international shipments by air, sea, and land, ensuring on-time delivery..

- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.

- Identify and implement logistics cost-reduction opportunities without compromising service quality.

- Analyze transportation costs, shipping performance, and logistics KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

- Optimize inventory movement, routing, and shipment consolidation to reduce overall logistics expenses.

- Resolve shipment delays, claims, and customs-related issues efficiently..

- Prepare logistics reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards for management.

- Stay updated on international trade regulations, Incoterms, and global shipping best practices.
