Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

· Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

· Effectively organizing business meetings with builders, brokers, Industrial sellers, Warehouse owners, Industrial buyers and any other prospective customers.

· Managing organizational sales and marketing by developing a business plan.

· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

· Coordinating with marketing & Sales team on lead generation.

· Making calls to the clients, understanding their requirements, answering their queries, keeping in touch with the clients and converting communication into a deal.

· Effectively organizing business meetings with builders, brokers, builders, brokers, Industrial sellers, Warehouse owners, Industrial buyers and any other prospective customers and converting leads.

· Managing customer database and generating new clients.

· Giving presentations to the client

· Taking feedbacks from Existing clients and resolving their issues if any.

· Managing customer database and generating current clients.

*Qualification- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sale & Marketing

· BBA / Btech / MBA with relevant Sales Experience in real estate, paint companies, water proofing, Interior fit outs, etc.

· 3 to 5 years' of sales experience

· Male and Female candidates both can apply

· Salary and additional incentives.

· Four Wheeler & valid DL a must.

· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

· Office- Sec 74, Gurgaon.

· Strong English written , communication and presentation skills

· Must have good negotiation skills

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Must possess strong customer service skills

· Must be detail oriented and an active listener

· CRM experience is preferred

Pay: ₹25,594.59 - ₹50,000.00 per month
