We are looking for an experienced Manager International Marketing &

- Business Development to drive business expansion across the Middle East &
- Africa (MEA) region. The role involves developing new markets, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth for our Electrical &
- Low Voltage product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute international business and marketing strategies.

- Identify and develop new overseas markets and business opportunities across the Middle East &
- Africa.

- Drive Retail, Project, Utility, and Channel Business, including secondary sales initiatives.

- Strengthen distributor, dealer, and customer relationships to enhance business growth.

- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and market analysis reports.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify current business opportunities.

- Support the Zonal Head in expanding international business operations.

- Collaborate with R&D;, Marketing, and Purchase teams for product development, approvals,



and customer requirements.

- Lead sustainable business growth across the Middle East &

- African markets.

- Represent the organization in customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and international business visits.

Candidate Profile:

- 6–10 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or International Marketing.

- Prior experience in the Electrical, Low Voltage, Switchgear, or Electrical Components industry is mandatory.

- Strong exposure to Middle East &
- African markets.

- Experience handling Retail, Project, Utility, and Channel Sales.

- Knowledge of Arabic is preferred for customer interactions across Iraq, Lebanon, and other Middle East countries.

- Strong stakeholder management, project management, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Exposure to digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel internationally.
