- In our Assurance (A&A;) Team you will work as a Procurement-Sourcing specialist within the client’s ecosystem with the intention of exceeding client expectations.
- Build and scale the procurement organization in India (greenfield or transformation setup)
- Implement procurement policies, SOPs, and standardized processes
- Oversee sourcing and category strategies across:

o Direct procurement (raw materials, components, manufacturing inputs - if applicable) o Technology (IT infrastructure, software, SaaS, digital services)

o Non-technology categories (facilities, marketing, HR, qualified services, logistics, etc.)

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, and complex negotiations
- Drive supplier consolidation and long-term value partnerships
- Build and manage a robust supplier ecosystem across categories
- Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and development
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial frameworks
