Role Description The Manager – Industrial Leasing will oversee industrial leasing operations, including identifying suitable properties, managing listings, and coordinating site visits for potential tenants. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves negotiating lease terms, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and partners, providing responsive customer service and regular updates on market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams on project timelines, monitoring occupancy and revenue targets, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.



The role also requires proactive market research to identify new leasing opportunities and support the growth of Genext Inc.’s industrial real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Project Management skills to lead leasing initiatives and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to drive lease conversions and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Manufacturing and industrial operations to align property offerings with tenant requirements.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain leasing proposals clearly.
- Candidates should be proficient in using MS Office and basic CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and tracking leads.
- Candidates should have experience in real estate, industrial leasing, or a related field; familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes is an advantage.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and meet time-bound targets.
